Your questions, our answers
Everything you need to know about your stay at Hotel Solvie: from arrival to services and special offerings.
On your arrival day, your room or suite will be ready from 2:00 PM. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11:00 AM. Saturday and Sunday are generally the arrival and departure days.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the travel price is due. From 29 to 10 days before arrival, 50% applies. From 9 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked travel price will be charged.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the booking amount per room or suite. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. We charge €35.00 per night and animal, excluding food, and kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket and basket.
Please understand that your pet is not permitted in the wellness area or in the garden area accessible to all guests.
Your dog is welcome to accompany you for dinner.
We also reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning surcharge of €50.00 and to make use of your dog liability insurance in the event of damage to the inventory.
Enjoy your departure day and spend a few relaxing hours in the spa area. You can either keep your room until 6:00 PM and head home in the late afternoon, or have dinner with us and check out until 9:00 PM. Please reserve your late check-out at the reception in good time.
Check-out until 6:00 PM: 50% of the daily rate per person
All prices are per person per night and include half board. For rooms with breakfast only, the price is reduced by €10.00 to €20.00 per person per night. An additional local tax per person (from 14 years) per night is payable directly on site.
Yes, of course. If you have booked your room with breakfast only, you are welcome to add dinner at any time for an extra charge. Please let us know at reception or in advance so that we can set a place for you.
We are happy to arrange a transfer to and from the nearest airports for you. Please contact us in good time before your arrival with your flight details, and we will inform you about the arrangements and the costs.
